New to Metaplay?

To get going quickly, we recommend starting from the basics:

• Learn by Playing - Explore a live demo of a real game built with Metaplay.
• Getting Started - Integrate the SDK, connect to a local server, and ship your first feature.
• Tutorial: Game Logic - Follow a hands‑on tutorial and build a Wordle‑style game with real Metaplay patterns.
• Orca Sample - A full sample game showcasing Metaplay's data-driven live‑service patterns, game configs, and server-authoritative execution.
• Sample Projects - See SDK features in action in samples built for different platforms and engines, or start your own game from a starter project.

Metaplay Agent

The Metaplay Agent enables your coding agent, such as Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode, to build features, review code, deploy servers, read production logs, and triage player incidents in your Metaplay game.

To try it without installing anything, give your agent this prompt in your Metaplay project:

Run `metaplay skills try` to discover available skills, then review all the PlayerActions in my code.

If you like the result, run metaplay skills install and commit the files so your whole team gets the skills.

For quick questions without a coding setup, try the free Metaplay Docs bot in ChatGPT. The AI Assistants page covers all the options, including MCP servers for the docs and the developer portal.
